https://xbill.in is committed to excellence and customer satisfaction. We provide delivery services for canteen and merchant orders placed through the XBill platform. Please note that holidays or operational constraints may impact delivery times.

Shipping

Orders are prepared and delivered by the respective canteen or merchant. Typical delivery time is within 30–60 minutes, depending on preparation and distance. Orders are not delivered outside of merchant working hours. If delayed, you will be notified by app, SMS, or email.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Once preparation starts, address changes may not be possible. Please contact support immediately if you notice an error.

Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or customer unavailability, it will be marked as undeliverable. Refunds may not be issued in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Orders

XBill is not responsible for orders after they are marked delivered by the delivery partner. If you have not received your order despite “delivered” status, please contact support and file a report.

Return Request Days

Since most items delivered through XBill are food and consumables, returns are not accepted except in cases of wrong or spoiled items. Requests must be raised within 48 hours.
